ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS
For all duplex, 4-plex, and free standing lodges, the extra person rate is $9 per person added to the two person occupancy rates listed above. For Royal Wulff the extra person rate is $9 per person added to the six person occupancy rate.
TAXES
A county assessed room tax of 6% plus a state tourism tax of 1% will be added to the above listed rates.
SINGLE NIGHT OCCUPANCY
The charge for single night occupancy will be based on the Summer & Holidays rate schedule regardless of the season or an additional charge of $25 to $40 dollars whichever is more. 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Your reserved lodge will be ready for your arrival at 3:30 p.m. We ask that you depart no later than 11:00 a.m. so we have time to prepare the lodge for our next guests.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
All lodges are non-smoking. Each is equipped with a full kitchen except for the Duplexes. While maid service is not provided, you may exchange towels and linens through the office. Small kitchen appliances, (including microwaves & coffee pots), dishes, basic pots & pans, linens, pillows, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dish detergent and sponges are provided. Many lodges have fireplaces; firewood and kindling are provided for the first night. Extra firewood may be purchased from the Lodges or Camp Sherman Store. During spring, summer and fall seasons charcoal and lighter fluid are provided for use in our BBQ's.

PETS
Sorry, we cannot accept pets on the premises or in vehicles.

RESERVATION GUIDELINES
For those guests wishing to book one year in advance, the minimum reservation is for five days. Deposits for one year in advance are non-refundable.  A three day minimum reservation is required during the period from May 24th through October 6th and during holidays. The regular minimum is two days. We will confirm your reservation as soon as we receive an advance deposit to hold your dates.

The balance for your reservation is due upon arrival. We accept your personal check, MasterCard, or Visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation with 21 days notice (30 days for holiday periods), a full refund less a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the deposit or $25 which ever is greater, will be made. No refunds on deposits for one year in advance, but reservation may be rebooked.

For any cancellation with less than 21 days notice, (30 days for holiday periods), a full refund less a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the deposit or $25 which ever is greater, will be made only if the cabin can be rebooked for the entire reserved period.

No refund is given for an early departure.

CLEANING DEPOSIT
A cleaning deposit may be required for any group. It is refundable if no extra cleaning or repair is required.

WEDDINGS & REUNIONS
We can only accommodate groups from October 6th to May 24th.

PLEASE NOTE
Our property size is just right for the 13 units we rent and a maximum occupancy has long been established for reasons of safety, health, liability, general wear and tear and noise level. We are unable to accommodate visitors on the grounds or in the unit. Certainly special circumstances may occur thereby causing us to waive this policy from time to time. If you feel such circumstances exist, please bring them to our attention for consideration.
